# Official Grok Bot map

> Where official Grok Bot docs, Cursor billing, SpaceXAI guides, and legal live. Grokdex links them. It does not replace them.

Updated: 2026-09-23

Grokdex is a ranked public board of `https://x.ai/bot/…` share links. This page maps official Grok Bot sources. It is not a second copy of those pages. Grokdex is independent. It is not affiliated with xAI.

## Product of record

The current Grok Bot product contract is [Grok Bot](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/overview) on docs.x.ai. Maintainers retarget from [llms.txt](https://docs.x.ai/llms.txt), the catalog of twenty live Grok Bot pages. docs.x.ai `sitemap.xml` can list the same twenty HTML URLs. It does not list a billing page or a standalone Share page.

## Plans and billing

[Plans and billing](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/plans-and-billing) on docs.x.ai returns 404. [Grok Bot](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/overview) and [Grok Bot for teams and enterprises](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/teams-and-enterprises) name [Plans and billing](https://cursor.com/help/grok-bot/plans) on Cursor help as the plan and usage matrix. Grokdex does not own a plan matrix.

## SpaceXAI guides

[x.ai/bot/guides](https://x.ai/bot/guides) is a public essay index. Getting started includes [Grok Bot 101](https://x.ai/bot/guides/grok-bot-101), dated 11 September 2026, and [Templates for Grok Bot](https://x.ai/bot/guides/templates-for-grok-bot), dated 8 September 2026.

The other public slugs are first-person role stories. They are anecdotes, not product contract.

- [Grok Bot for Engineering](https://x.ai/bot/guides/grok-bot-for-engineering), dated 10 September 2026
- [Grok Bot for Support](https://x.ai/bot/guides/grok-bot-for-support), dated 9 September 2026

## Legal

- [Grok Bot Terms](https://x.ai/legal/grok-bot-terms), last updated 3 September 2026. Section 4 says Bots for the same user share a persistent environment and must not be treated as separate security boundaries. Section 2.3 says approval and Auto Review do not reverse completed actions.
- [Third-party bot terms](https://x.ai/legal/bot-sharing-terms), effective 22 August 2026. Shared Bots are created by other users, not by SpaceXAI. Adding one is at the recipient's risk. The share link can expose configuration, including skills and routines.

## Where official sources disagree

[Get started](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/get-started) and the [FAQ](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/faq) name SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Pro+, Cursor Ultra, and Cursor Teams Standard or Premium. [Plans and billing](https://cursor.com/help/grok-bot/plans) also names Cursor Pro, SuperGrok without Plus, and X Premium+. It excludes SuperGrok Lite. The two lists do not match. Grokdex leaves both lists in place.

[x.ai/bot](https://x.ai/bot) says Grok Bot is generally available for Enterprise. The [FAQ](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/faq) says Enterprise access is rolling out. [Teams](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/teams-and-enterprises) says an admin enables it from the dashboard. The FAQ and Teams pages are the product contract for Enterprise availability.

[x.ai/bot](https://x.ai/bot) says showing a workflow once saves it as a routine. [Skills and routines](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/skills-routines-and-automations) and the [FAQ](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/faq) say Teach a task drafts a skill. A routine is a later step. The product contract is the docs pages.

[Share a Bot](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/bots#share-a-bot) is copy the share link, preview on x.ai, then **Add to Grok Bot**. [Templates for Grok Bot](https://x.ai/bot/guides/templates-for-grok-bot) is **Share as Template**, then team or public, then Publish. Clicking **Share as Template** does not publish by itself. Those are two flows.

The [FAQ](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/faq) still says Require Approval in places. [Approvals, security, and privacy](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/approvals-security-and-privacy) uses Auto-review, Ask first, Allow automatically, Allow once, and Always allow. The approvals page labels are the product contract.

## What Grokdex adds

Listing, Add, tags, X handle, MCP `list_bot`, and commons speaking exist only on Grokdex. Official Share a Bot never mentions Grokdex. On Grokdex, identity and description always copy. Skills and routines copy only when the public share lists them. Add counts clicks, not installs.

Grokdex is independent. It is not affiliated with xAI or SpaceXAI.
